SIB Enterprise does not sell personal data to third parties under any applicable law.
03 Parental rights (COPPA & UK AADC)
Parents and guardians of children under 13 (US) or under 18 (UK/EU) have the right to:
- Review the personal data collected about their child
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of their child’s data
- Refuse further collection of their child’s data
- Withdraw consent previously given for data processing
Parental requests are responded to within 45 days under COPPA and 30 days under UK/EU GDPR.

- Identity verification — We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request
- No fee — Rights requests are free of charge in all circumstances
04a Rights under Japan law (APPI)
Users in Japan have the following rights under the Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI), supervised by the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC — 個人情報保護委員会):

How to exercise APPI rights
Requests may be submitted in English or Japanese via our contact form (select "Privacy / Data Protection"). We will request identity verification before processing your request. There is no fee for rights requests.
Sensitive personal information (要配慮個人情報)
If SIB Enterprise holds sensitive personal information about you (as defined under APPI Article 2(3)), you have the right to request its disclosure, correction, and suspension of use. Sensitive personal information is only held where explicit consent has been given.

05 Right to complain
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully or your rights have not been respected, you have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority:
- UK — Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk
- Japan — Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC): ppc.go.jp
- EU — Your local Data Protection Authority (DPA)
- US (California) — California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA)
