03 Parental rights (COPPA & UK AADC)
Parents and guardians of children under 13 (US) or under 18 (UK/EU) have the right to:
- Review the personal data collected about their child
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of their child’s data
- Refuse further collection of their child’s data
- Withdraw consent previously given for data processing
Parental requests are responded to within 45 days under COPPA and 30 days under UK/EU GDPR.

04a 日本法（APPI）に基づく権利
Users in Japan have the following rights under the Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI), supervised by the 個人情報保護委員会 (PPC — 個人情報保護委員会):

権利の行使方法 APPI rights
Requests may be submitted in English or Japanese via our contact form (select "Privacy / Data Protection"). We will request identity verification before processing your request. There is no fee for rights requests.
要配慮個人情報 (要配慮個人情報)
If SIB Enterprise holds sensitive personal information about you (as defined under APPI Article 2(3)), you have the right to request its disclosure, correction, and suspension of use. 要配慮個人情報 is only held where explicit consent has been given.

05 苦情申し立て権
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully or your rights have not been respected, 苦情を申し立てる権利があります to your national supervisory authority:

- EU — Your local Data Protection Authority (DPA)
