BELIEVING
About SIB Enterprise

Seeing
is
Believing.

SIB Enterprise was built on a single, unshakeable belief: that every person has a dream worth chasing — and that the only way to reach it is to stop waiting for someone else to build the path. Control what you can control. Do the work in front of you. And then let the results speak for themselves.

Founded by brothers Christian and Josh Stanford in Nashville, Tennessee — two young men from the same city, the same family, and the same conviction that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. SIB Enterprise exists to close that gap.

The founding story

How SIB
was born.

SIB Enterprise didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began with a belief — the kind that lives in your chest before it ever shows up in a spreadsheet. Christian Stanford had lived that belief across pitches in Nashville, Jackson, and Clearwater, through MLS Next Bracket A football, through ECNL seasons, through sessions with the world’s No.1 striker coach and then the grounds of Bisham Abbey in England. He had done it without waiting for anyone to hand him a pathway. He had seen it, believed it, and gone and earned it.

His brother Josh Stanford had watched every step of that journey. And together, they asked a question that couldn’t be un-asked: if one player from Nashville could navigate all of this — if the pathway to professional football in Europe was real — how many other players were sitting in cities all across America, all across the world, with the same talent and no map to follow?

The answer to that question became SIB Enterprise. Not a charity. Not a scholarship fund. A professional services organisation built to give every level of player — professional, amateur, and youth — access to the kind of infrastructure that turns ability into a career. Built on the same principle that built Christian’s journey: see it, believe it, control what you can control, and let the results do the talking.

Our core values
01

See it before you reach it

Every great career starts with a clear vision. SIB Enterprise helps players and families build that vision — not as a dream, but as a plan with a pathway attached to it.

02

Believe without condition

Talent needs belief to survive the moments when the scoreboard doesn’t reflect the work. We build the environment where belief is fed by evidence, by coaching, and by real competitive experience.

03

Control what you can control

Don’t wait on the right club, the right coach, or the right opportunity to find you. Work on your game. Study the opposition. Put yourself in rooms where decisions get made.

04

Let the results speak

Outcomes earned through preparation speak louder than any promise. SIB Enterprise measures its success by one thing: the careers of the players and families it serves.

05

Geography is not a ceiling

Christian Stanford came from Nashville. He trained at Bisham Abbey. A player’s postcode should never determine their ceiling. SIB Enterprise exists to make sure it doesn’t.

Christian Stanford is not just a co-founder of SIB Enterprise — he is its founding proof of concept. A left-footed forward, left back and left central midfielder who came up through Nashville’s competitive football ecosystem, Christian competed at MLS Next U17 level in Florida’s Bracket A — facing Inter Miami CF, Orlando City SC, Weston and South Florida academies — before returning to Nashville to compete in the ECNL with Tennessee Football Club under Coach Greg Warden.

He graduated Lipscomb Academy in 2024 with a 3.3 GPA and All Region honours under Coach Ryan Bouch, before continuing his collegiate career at the University of North Alabama where he scored a match-winning goal from 40 yards and helped secure the #1 regional playoff seed. After developing at FAB Academy under Nas Bashir at Bisham Abbey, competing against West Ham U18 Category 1, MK Dons and Worthing, Christian has received a Step 3 semi-professional offer in England for 2026.

He built SIB Enterprise because he experienced first-hand what it costs — in effort, in money, in direction — to navigate the professional football pathway without infrastructure. He is building what he needed.

Josh Stanford’s story begins not with what he gained — but with what he gave up. A dual-sport standout in Jackson, Mississippi as both a starting quarterback and a top-tier pitcher, Josh had real opportunities opening across the Southeast. Then his brother needed him.

When Christian joined the Clearwater Chargers MLS Next organisation in Florida, Josh gave up his starting position and moved to Bradenton. He enrolled at Lakewood Ranch High School, kept his game sharp by training with a professional baseball pitcher, and continued competing as a dual-sport athlete while supporting his brother. No fanfare. No complaint. That is the SIB way before SIB had a name.

Late that summer, Josh made another bold decision: Florida State University. He enrolled at Tallahassee Community College through their FSU partnership programme, went in for a single semester, and earned a perfect 4.0 GPA. FSU welcomed him in. At Florida State, Josh competed as a quarterback pursuing his place with the Seminoles three times. For four years, he also trained alongside Karlos Williams — FSU All-American, former Buffalo Bills running back — building his conditioning and competitive mindset at the elite level, every single year.

Three and a half years after that single perfect semester at TCC opened the door, Josh Stanford graduates from Florida State University in Biology — July 2026. He plans to go on to graduate school, pursue research, and work in the clinical field. Two careers in one person: scientist and football entrepreneur. He is genuinely excited to help every client, every partner, every player and every family the company serves — bringing Superior Football to the world, together.

The move that defines SIB Enterprise

Josh gave up his starting position in Jackson, MS — and his opportunities across the Southeast — to move to Bradenton, Florida so he could be there while Christian played MLS Next with Clearwater Chargers SC. That sacrifice is the foundation SIB Enterprise is built on.

What we are building

The SIB
mission.

01

Elevate professional players

Give every professional and semi-professional player access to world-class agent representation, contract expertise, and performance infrastructure — regardless of where in the world they play.

02

Power grassroots football

Equip amateur clubs, coaches and players with the tools, networks and development programmes that used to only exist at professional level.

03

Guide the next generation

Give families and young players a clear, honest, supported pathway — from academy finders and development tracking to international trial coordination.

04

Build global partnerships

Connect the best coaches, academies, and development organisations across continents — from FAB Academy at Bisham Abbey — so the network grows stronger with every player it serves.

05

Prove the pathway works

Use Christian Stanford’s story — Nashville → Bisham Abbey → Step 3 England — as the living proof of concept. Not a promise. A demonstrated reality.

06

Never stop believing

SIB was founded on the conviction that seeing is believing. Every player placed. Every contract signed. Every family guided. Every story told. The belief compounds.

Founding belief: Seeing Is Believing
The family behind it all

Built on
family.

SIB Enterprise is a family enterprise in every sense of the word. Christian and Josh Stanford are brothers — but the foundation beneath them was laid by their parents, Gary and Kelly Stanford, who backed Christian’s journey across every city, every setback, and every leap of faith that led from Nashville to Bisham Abbey.

Gary and Kelly didn’t have a football roadmap. They didn’t have connections at professional clubs or agents on speed dial. What they had was belief in their son and the willingness to go wherever that belief needed to take them.

When Kelly found SIB Enterprise through her own research — searching for someone who could help Christian understand the professional pathway — that moment became part of the story itself. She became the proof that parents are not bystanders in their children’s careers. They are the first believers.
