01 What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites to recognise your device, remember preferences, and gather analytics data. 04 Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when cookies are set. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent some services from working correctly.
Once our consent banner is deployed, you will be able to manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the website footer.
05 Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under UK PECR and EU ePrivacy rules. All other cookie categories require your prior, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before being set. Our consent banner will implement granular per-category opt-in controls.
For users in Japan, cookie and tracking technology use is subject to the APPI and guidance issued by the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC). Where cookies process personal information as defined under APPI, the purpose of use is notified in advance and consent is obtained where required. Users in Japan may exercise their APPI rights over cookie-derived personal information via our contact form.
