- UK GDPR — UK data protection law post-Brexit
- EU GDPR — European Union General Data Protection Regulation
- COPPA — US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (under-13 users)
- UK Age Appropriate Design Code (AADC) — Children’s code for digital services
- UK Online Safety Act — Platform obligations for child safety
- CCPA / CPRA — California Consumer Privacy Act and Proposition 24
- US state privacy laws — Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA and others

- APPI (Japan) — Act on Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, as amended 2022) — governing all personal data processing relating to users in Japan, including cross-border transfer rules and third-party provision requirements
- 消費者庁 (CAA) — Regulatory oversight of personal data practices under APPI; SIB Enterprise co-operates with PPC (個人情報保護委員会) requirements
