01 Agreement

By accessing or using any SIB Enterprise service — including sibenterprise.com, sesi-sibent.com, the SESIインテリジェンス platform, merchandise, or any associated mobile application — you agree to be bound by these 利用規約 and our プライバシーポリシー.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SIB Enterprise, Inc. (United States) and/or SIB Enterprise UK, Inc. (United Kingdom), as applicable to your location and the services you access.

02 Services

SIB Enterprise provides football services across three audiences:

SESIインテリジェンス and フットボールインテリジェンス services are governed by additional terms set out in the SESI Platform Agreement, available on request.

03 Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents and guardians may create accounts on behalf of children.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Corporate and club accounts may hold multiple user licences under a single billing agreement.

04 Subscriptions & payments

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
• Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the billing period and are non-refundable after 30 days.
• Prices are displayed in your selected currency. SIB Enterprise reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension. Access is restored upon successful payment.
• All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. SIB Enterprise does not store card numbers.

05 知的財産

All content on SIB Enterprise platforms — including the SESI scoring methodology, agent architecture, system prompts, player pathway algorithms, visual design, written content, and the SIB Enterprise and SESI brand marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of SIB Enterprise, Inc. and ゲイリー・スタンフォード.

API access grants the ability to receive SESI outputs. It does not grant any right to access, copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or build derivative works from the underlying framework, agent logic, or scoring methodology.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to use SIB Enterprise services to:

• Upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data
• Scrape, index, or aggregate platform data for commercial purposes without written consent
• Impersonate SIB Enterprise, its staff, or any other person
• Use the platform in any way that could harm children or circumvent child safety measures

07 キャンセル & termination

You may cancel your subscription いつでも from your account dashboard. キャンセル takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to services until that date. SIB Enterprise may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or 予告なく, depending on the severity of the breach.

08 責任の制限

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIB Enterprise's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid to SIB Enterprise in the 12 months preceding the claim. SIB Enterprise is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

08a Japan — 消費者契約法 (消費者契約法)

For users in Japan, these Terms are の対象となります the 消費者契約法 (Act No. 61 of 2000) and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of Japanese consumer protection law, Japanese law shall prevail for Japanese users.

In accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the following information is disclosed:

Consumption tax (消費税)

Prices displayed in JPY (¥) on the SIB Enterprise pricing pages are inclusive of Japanese 消費税 (JCT) 現在の税率 10% (標準税率) or 8% (軽減税率 適用される場合). A tax invoice compliant with the Japanese インボイス制度 (インボイス制度) リクエストに応じて入手可能.

09 準拠法

These Terms are governed by the laws of イングランド・ウェールズ (for UK users and EU users), by the laws of the State of テネシー州 (for US users), and by the laws of Japan (for users accessing services through SIB Enterprise Japan KK), without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from Japanese users are の対象となります the exclusive jurisdiction of the 東京地方裁判所 as the court of first instance. All other dispute resolution provisions remain as stated.
